The website is operated by Grigo Imports and Marketing and is intended for purchasing laser hair removal devices for home use only. Use of this website and its products is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Please read them carefully, as using this site and making purchases constitutes full agreement with these terms.
 

Product Supply and Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the order confirmation date.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping is included in the product price with no additional charge.

  • Delays: LASEFIT reserves the right to adjust delivery times based on product availability and market conditions and will inform customers in case of any delay.


Age Restriction for Purchase and Use of Device
Purchasing and using the device is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By purchasing, the customer confirms they are of legal age and agrees to use the product for personal and household purposes only.


Warranty and Service Policy

  • Device Warranty: The device comes with a one-year warranty, covering technical malfunctions only.

  • Handle Warranty: The device handle has a limited warranty of three months.

  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by commercial use or use contrary to the instructions.


Privacy and Data Security
LASEFIT is committed to protecting customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without explicit permission unless required by law. All customer-provided information is securely stored and encrypted.


Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, per the Consumer Protection Law.

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will be charged.

  • Product Condition for Return: The product must be returned in new, unused condition, in its original packaging.

  • Refunds: A refund will be issued only after the product has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.


Product Liability Limitation
The device is intended for home use only. LASEFIT is not liable for any damages caused by improper or excessive use of the product. Any commercial use is at the customer’s own risk.


Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, designs, and code, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit permission from LASEFIT.


Changes to Terms and Conditions
LASEFIT reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes, which will take effect upon publication on the website.
